The original painting was done with mixed media of the beautiful overlook point of McAfee Knob on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. Standing at this point gives you a feeling of gratitude for all the beauty nature gifts us with, and a sense of freedom just to be alive and bear witness to it.
